Service was great. It did take longer than expected but extra service (plugs) was performed.

The service techs know what they are doing, as they do it by the book. This is exactly what I expect. I appreciate the short video after the service is complete that shows me the underside of the car, remaining tire tread, and brake measurements as well. First-rate service!

Porsche Tucson recently completed work on my 2013 911 Turbo S in preparation for a HPDE at INDE Motorsports Ranch in Wilcox, AZ. Completing this work was very time compressed, but despite the challenges of securing and installing new tires and completing other maintenance related work the service and parts team left no stone unturned to get me and my 911 out the door to attend the event. Specifically, Jordan Lenox (Service Representative) and Paul Meerscheidt (Service Manager), were super helpful, responsive, and professional in servicing my vehicle; and it was a pleasure to interact with professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service!
