Chapman Porsche solicited a review following my recent service. What I can state with absolute certainty is my respect and appreciation for the first class service I always receive from both my service advisor, Jordan, and sales representative, Andrew. I have been buying, and servicing my cars there since moving to Tucson a decade ago. Andrew Stevens, in sales, has become more than just an excellent representative he feels more like a friend. It is nice to do business with friends and buying wonderful cars from a friend makes the entire operation fun. As to service Jordan, is attentive, listens to your need/issue, and stays in touch to keep you aware of what is happening. She is the service representative you want to have on your side. So Chapman asked and this is my honest response.

The best customer service ever! Jordan in Service is extremely helpful and the best perk you get a loaner Porsche when yours is in the shop.

The service team was outstanding. They handled the engine work and repairs with total professionalism and efficiency, keeping me updated and returning the car in perfect condition. A true 5-star experience.

These guys honestly are great. I had a bad experience with Porsche of Monterey when I first got my Macan a little over 3 years ago and it's made me hesitant of dealers but Porsche Tucson has an amazing team from their brand ambassadors and the service advisors.

New battery installation and charging system check was done quickly and efficiently. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Downside is cost and no warranty if I drive less than 6,000 miles yearly. I drive my Porsche daily to work but adds up only to 3,000miles/yr.
