Absolutely phenomenal experience by far. This is my second time working with a Chapman Automotive Company but this specific dealership was hands down the best experience I’ve encountered. Dylan was absolutely amazing, I called around the time they opened and Dylan was more than willing to help. His attitude and passion in what he does definitely makes the car buying experience a 10. I told Dylan that I was out in phoenix and immediately he said that wasn’t a problem. Dylan had got appraisals, bank approvals and the vehicle detail all while I was working down in Phoenix. Dylan even offered to deliver the vehicle personally if I didn’t want to go down there. Absolutely amazing attitude on this salesman. I worked in the dealership industry prior and I know how they can try to scam and run you over half the time but Dylan did none of that, he was so helpful on giving as much info on the car including video. I can not thank Dylan and his team enough for the ability to do business with them. I will definitely be back in the future or with another Chapman company. Thank you Porsche of Tucson for having such an amazing awesome hard working team.
