This service was as expected. They were ready when I arrived. This first service was done quickly. My service consultant gave me updates and tried to help with a safety feature on the car. These are little things but sometimes they are lacking. And many times it is the small things that matter most.

Wow! What a truly great purchasing experience at Porsche Tucson. Dylan Young was awesome to work with. He is kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Although we were originally looking at a different make/model of a small SUV, Dylan listened to our needs and offered a SUV we hadn’t considered. To our pleasant surprise, the Audi Q5 Quattro he showed us checked all of our needs and then some! After a short test drive, we knew we loved it and wanted to make it ours. Just want to give a regular customer review, we didnt go buy one of the dream rides they have to offer. We bought a regular used car on which a couple of sensors went bad before selling and all the problems were quickly resolved. Even though we didnt spend a million bucks we were treated like we did. When we are car shopping again we are without a doubt going back to Porsche. Efraim the sales manager does exemplary business.

The service team at Porsche Tucson is excellent. Jordan kept me informed throughout the process of a complete suspension replacement/upgrade along with a full service and minor repairs. She provided excellent insights, advice and recommendations. I was able to meet technician twice during the installation and final set up. Steve, the tech, is very experienced with the cars (10 years at Porsche Tucson) knowledgeable and willing to discuss the fine details that make for a perfect result. The service manager, Paul, took a personal interest in my upgrade and made a point to meet me when ever I was at the shop. The entire team treated me as an important customer. I used multiple independent mechanics in Tucson and even Scottsdale for over ten years. There were always surprises, delays and a lack of interest in providing updates and receiving input. 15 years ago I attended a PCA technical event hosted by the dealership. Based on that experience I have used Porsche Tucson exclusively. There has alway been excellent communication, and service has been smooth without surprises or cost overruns. I highly recommend this team and trust them with my cars. They treat you right!
